Arctic Engineering Services was founded in 2012 with a goal to provide
qualitative HVAC solutions. We undertake execution of TURNKEY projects in
HVAC&R field and are already involved in various projects of Industries, Hotels &
Restaurants, Clean Room Applications, Airports, Hospitals, Malls, Banks, Universities
etc.
We are also in the field and business of giving After Sales Service by means of
COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTAINENCE CONTRACTS for all kinds of
Central Air Conditioning machines, Precision Air Conditioning Systems, Industrial
Ventilation systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRV/VRF) etc. and take OPERATION
and MAINTAINENCE contracts for Air Conditioning chiller Plants. We are focused on
offering our clients high-quality services.
Our aim is to provide all clients with end-to-end satisfaction within the stipulated time
frame owing to our technological edge and workmanship. We employ state-of-the-art
innovations and ensure efficient and effective after-sales service through our centralized
Maintenance Management System.
We have a loyal and experienced team of trades people including air conditioning
mechanics and Project managers. These team members help us to focus on and
successfully deliver the key elements of our business, namely air conditioning
installation, maintenance, and service. Our qualified professional engineers and managers
have vast and varied experience in the HVAC industry.
Our Company operates from two locations; the main operations are in New Delhi
and the second is located at Mohali (Punjab). In total, the company employs
approximately two hundred plus operation staff. Many of our management and support
staff have trade qualifications and extensive industry experience. The administrative
functions of the business are very well resourced, enabling prompt and efficient
processing and enquiry response. Our business size means that we have the capacity to
efficiently deal with large volumes of work, particularly during peak periods, whilst still
maintaining an efficient level of customer service where our clients’ personal
requirements are met.
Arctic Engineering Services has a well-organized drawing and droughting section
equipped with the latest drawing instruments and material for preparation of drawings.
